Fixation: 2% glutaraldehyde in sodium phosphate buffer pH7.4, 4°C for 24h , 2x washing in 0.1M sodium phosphate butter for 1h Dehydration: ethanol series: 20, 40, 60, 80, 90, 100% Drying: Sample dried in a CPD (Critical Point Drying) apparatus( Quorum K850) and coated with 8 nm of Pt (Quorum Q150 VS Plus) coater Imaging: Hitachi SU8230.
