Plant tissue preparation protocol: fixation in 0.1M Glutaraldehyde followed by washing in 0.1M sodium phosphate buffer and water removal in a series of ethanol concentrations (20-100) to finish with Critical Point Drying in Quorum K850 and coating with 3 nm of Pt in Q150V S Plus coater.
