The QuickLok® sample transfer system is designed to allow air or moisture sensitive samples to be transferred from a glove box, either under inert gas atmosphere or under vacuum, to an SEM or other system.
The QuickLok® consists of an airlock, turbo pumping system (optional) and transfer pot. An adapter flange is required to fit the QuickLok® to the SEM or other system. Specimens are mounted on a transfer shuttle and are then loaded through the airlock onto a stage adapter fitted to the SEM stage.
The QuickLok® is automated and interlocked to prevent any risk of loss of microscope vacuum.
